No. Brevity Bookings starts with sensible defaults for roles, permissions, email templates and reminders. You can begin with the shared calendar, then adjust the routine as you learn what works for your property.
Yes. Keep your large-platform listings for finding new guests and use Brevity Bookings for the people who already know you. You can continue taking bank transfers, while optional calendar sync and connected payments are introduced only after they have been properly tested.
Only people you approve. Anyone can create a Brevity Bookings account, but access to your property is private and invite-gated. Roles and permissions let you decide what guests, cleaners, maintenance helpers and finance users can see or change.
Yes. Booking income, cleaning and maintenance use service dates so reports run from 1 July to 30 June. You can review the ledger and export it for your accountant. Brevity Bookings organises the records, but it does not replace accounting or tax advice.
Billing is monthly or quarterly, whichever you pick. Cancel any time from the Account screen and export your data in full as CSV. No retention clauses, no lock-in contract, no call with a sales rep to get out.
